1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days for ready-made items. For custom plush toys, please allow 5–7 business days for crafting before shipping.

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

3. Which courier services do you use?

We ship using reliable partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DHL Express, Aramex, and other trusted carriers depending on your location.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and more.

5. How long does international delivery take?

International orders typically take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

6. Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping in India on orders over ₹1999 and international free shipping on orders above $99.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us at support@cartoonplushies.com as soon as possible.

8. My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours. If there’s no update after that, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

9. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

The courier will either attempt redelivery or leave a notification with pickup instructions. You can also contact the courier using your tracking number.
