We want you to be 100% happy with your Cartoon Plushie! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Read below for how our return and refund process works.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or email confirmation)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized plush toys (as they are made uniquely for you)

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Plushies that have been used, washed, or altered

🔙 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@cartoonplushies.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Photo of the issue (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will get back within 24–48 hours

  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions

  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after return approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it was our error)

🔄 Exchanges

Want a replacement for a defective plushie? We’ll send a new one at no additional cost after validating the issue.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
